Donald Trump may get fewer delegates from the Louisiana GOP Primary than Senator Ted Cruz despite winning the primary by 3.6 percent. Townhall reports Marco Rubio's 10 delegates are likely to back Senator Cruz.

That would leave Trump with 18 delegates and Cruz with 28. They both got 18 before the Rubio delegates are factored in because the result was so close.

Now Trump has said he will challenge the delegate split in the courts.

But is he right? Does he even have a case? Is he trying to subvert the process? Is the GOP conspiring against the will of the people?
